Welcome to Sterling & Co. (sterlingn.shop). By accessing or using our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligibility
By using this store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Products
We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. The materials and specifications of each product are listed on its product page. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

4. Pricing & Errors
Prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is displayed at checkout, and include free shipping. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a clear error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, and we will notify you by email before doing so.

5. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional prices are valid only for the period stated on the site, while that period lasts.
The Launch Edition: during the launch period stated on the site (until October 10, 2026, 11:59 PM ET), eligible footwear is offered at 50% off its regular price. From October 11, 2026, regular prices apply.
Multi-pair pricing: during the launch period, multi-pair prices apply automatically at checkout. Positano, Camogli and Portofino sneakers (any mix of styles and colors): 2 pairs $245, 3 pairs $345, 4 pairs $429. Sorrento slip-ons (any mix of colors): 2 pairs $149, 3 pairs $209, 4 pairs $259. Orders of more than 4 pairs within the same line receive the 4-pair discount. Sneakers and Sorrento slip-ons are priced separately; when both are in the same order, the single largest eligible discount applies. Shipping protection does not count toward the number of pairs.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other discount codes.

6. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is out of stock or a payment is flagged as fraudulent). If we decline an order after payment, you receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments; we accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are encrypted, and your full card details are never stored on our servers.

7. Shipping
Shipping is free worldwide and handled according to our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Returns, refunds and our 2-year warranty are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
The Sterling & Co. name, logo and written content of this store are the property of YJJ GROUP LLC. Product photography and other images are owned by or licensed to YJJ GROUP LLC. None of this content may be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the store's normal operation.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sterling & Co. and YJJ GROUP LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this store or the products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
