The hood is made to sit over a helmet, the hem and cuffs adjust to seal out cold air, and the powder skirt keeps snow from getting in. The underarm zips let you vent heat when the climb gets warm.

Before washing: check the care label inside the garment carefully.

Machine wash: at 40°C or below with similar colours. Wash as often as needed to remove sweat, dirt, smoke and food odours, which helps the jacket perform at its best.

Close everything first: turn the jacket inside out and fasten all zips and hook-and-loop closures to avoid accidental damage.

Use a mild detergent: we recommend a gentle powder detergent rather than a liquid one.

Re-treat when needed: after a number of washes, the water-repellent finish wears down. When water stops beading on the surface, it's time to reapply a spray-on or wash-in DWR product, following its instructions carefully.

Free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. You receive tracking as soon as the parcel leaves.

If it isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return — unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Write to us and we'll send the instructions.

Customers in the European Union also have 14 days to withdraw from the order for any reason, no justification needed.

Every jacket is inspected before dispatch and packed to arrive as it left us.

If it arrives with a manufacturing defect — a seam, a zip, the lining — we replace it or refund it, no questions asked.

This does not cover normal wear or damage from improper cleaning — for those, our standard 30-day return applies instead.
